What we collect
When you use a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. When you place an order we also receive your billing and shipping details. That's all we collect.
What we don't do
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no tracking scripts. There are no user accounts or passwords. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, quote and fulfil your order, and keep the business records the law requires. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service acting on our behalf; order and shipping details are shared with the payment processor and carrier needed to complete the order.
Retention
Inquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact about them. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
Email inquiries@parkerstrade.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it.
Hosting
The site is served by a hosting provider that records standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and secure the service.
