These terms apply to every order placed with Parkerstrading LLC. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who we sell to
We sell to businesses and organizations, including retailers purchasing for resale with a valid resale certificate on file, and to institutional buyers purchasing for their own use. Wholesale accounts are opened by request and approved at our discretion. We also serve consumers through our own retail operations.
Quotes and orders
Business orders are quoted in writing. A quote is valid for 14 days unless it says otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing after payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order at any time before shipment, for example when an item is unavailable or a quote contained an error, and will refund any payment made.
Payment
All orders are prepaid. Payment is due in full before an order ships. Applicable sales tax is charged unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is on file.
Shipping, title, and risk
Orders ship from Houston, Texas under our Shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Delivery dates are estimates.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns and Refunds policy.
Product information
Products are sold as described by their manufacturers. Product photographs, packaging, and formulations can change without notice. Read all labels before use and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Brands and trademarks
Parkers Trade is an independent distributor. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we carry. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by those brands unless stated in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Parkerstrading LLC for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
